Groups of pioneer girls aged 18 to 25 who are either university students or diploma graduates.

The ministry aims to train these young women to become active agents of change in their communities, design and implement community initiatives, and help establish community safety networks. Additionally, these groups are provided with a scouting curriculum to further enhance their knowledge and abilities, enabling them to engage in community activities that benefit diverse groups.
