“Tabitha” Ministry is a pioneering and comprehensive initiative aimed at empowering and developing rural girls in the preparatory and secondary stages. It provides integrated care that addresses spiritual, psychological, physical, and skill-based aspects of growth. The ministry is based on the innovative “Al-Karma” Curriculum, and seeks to graduate a generation of conscious young women who are capable of making positive decisions and contributing effectively to their communities.

The vision of the ministry is to prepare and disciple 100 rural girls annually, achieving balance and holistic growth in their lives.
Strengthening the role of mothers in supporting their daughters’ development through awareness and guidance.

50 Spiritual Lessons :
Focused on spiritual values, ethics, and the study of core principles that guide a girl’s daily and inner life, while deepening her connection to values of ministry.
50 Developmental Lessons (Human Development):
Covering communication skills, self-confidence, time management, problem-solving, and goal-setting to ensure healthy psychological and intellectual growth.
Dedicated spiritual days, recreational and spiritual trips, and regular home visits for individual follow-up. These activities aim to deepen spiritual life and support girls within their family environment.
Practical and varied training in hairstyling (hairdressing), confectionery and dessert making, accessory crafting, candle making, and recycling. These activities develop hands-on and vocational skills that can be transformed into a source of income.
Specialized mental health days (workshops and awareness sessions), and entrepreneurship sessions. These focus on enhancing self-awareness and mental well-being, while developing a business-oriented mindset and spirit of initiative.
