(Preparatory and Secondary Stages)

“Tabitha” Ministry is a pioneering and comprehensive initiative aimed at empowering and developing rural girls in the preparatory and secondary stages. It provides integrated care that addresses spiritual, psychological, physical, and skill-based aspects of growth. The ministry is based on the innovative “Al-Karma” Curriculum, and seeks to graduate a generation of conscious young women who are capable of making positive decisions and contributing effectively to their communities.

“Al-Karma” Comprehensive Discipleship Curriculum

The “Al-Karma Curriculum” is the cornerstone of the ministry. It is an intensive and balanced program consisting of 100 lessons:

50 Spiritual Lessons : Focused on spiritual values, ethics, and the study of core principles that guide a girl’s daily and inner life, while deepening her connection to values of ministry.

50 Developmental Lessons (Human Development): Covering communication skills, self-confidence, time management, problem-solving, and goal-setting to ensure healthy psychological and intellectual growth.

Spiritual Care

Dedicated spiritual days, recreational and spiritual trips, and regular home visits for individual follow-up. These activities aim to deepen spiritual life and support girls within their family environment.

Skill Empowerment and Vocational Training

Practical and varied training in hairstyling (hairdressing), confectionery and dessert making, accessory crafting, candle making, and recycling. These activities develop hands-on and vocational skills that can be transformed into a source of income.
